Dreams Network policy overview

How Dreams Network manages warranty, returns & out-of-warranty cases

We align our internal processes closely with each vendor's policy, while keeping a single, predictable experience for our partners and customers.

Warranty, RMA, Returns and Support

Dreams Care provides guidance for warranty claims, RMA processing, repairs/replacements, exclusions, out-of-warranty service, and returns/refunds policies for multiple brands.

Policy sections

  • Original Warranty Terms: All products distributed by Dreams Network — including Ubiquiti, Grandstream, Cambium Networks and other partners — are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Typical coverage is 1 year, with some models eligible for extended or limited-lifetime warranty.
  • How to Claim Warranty / RMA: Always obtain a valid RMA number before shipping any product. Units should be returned in original or equivalent packaging, with all accessories, documentation, and a copy of the invoice. For programmes like UI Care, prepaid shipping labels may be issued by the brand.
  • Replacement & Repair Policy: Depending on the case, the manufacturer may repair or replace the device. The decision is made by the brand’s technical evaluation team. In most scenarios, the original warranty period remains unchanged after repair or replacement. Extended warranty must be purchased while the original warranty is still active.
  • Exclusions & Limitations: Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, physical abuse, lightning, power issues, or unauthorized repairs is generally not covered. Consumables such as batteries, certain cables or antennas may carry shorter warranty periods. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user.
  • Out-of-Warranty Service: Devices that are out of warranty may still qualify for paid repair or swap, subject to assessment and parts availability. If a device is non-repairable, the manufacturer or Dreams Network may offer a chargeable replacement option or provide guidance for safe disposal.
  • Returns & Refunds: Some brands / reseller policies allow returns within a defined time window (e.g. 30 days) for unused products. Such returns must be pre-authorized, in original packaging, and accompanied by an RMA. Eligibility for refund, credit or replacement depends on the specific program under which the products were purchased.

Brand highlights

  • Ubiquiti: Limited warranty on most products (typically 1 year from purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are processed through the official Ubiquiti RMA portal and require a valid RMA request. Under UI Care, a prepaid shipping label may be provided and the original unit must be returned. Warranty is normally non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement under warranty usually does not extend the original warranty period.
  • Grandstream: Minimum 1-year hardware and software warranty for products sold to Certified Partners. Coverage only for products purchased via authorized Grandstream channels. Extended warranty options (up to 3 years on selected lines) are available within the active warranty period. A valid RMA number is required before any unit can be returned for service. Some networking products (such as selected GWN switches) include 3-year warranty as standard.
  • Cambium Networks: Standard 1-year limited hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Certain enterprise / indoor Wi-Fi lines offer extended periods or limited lifetime warranty until end-of-life. Optional extended programs (e.g. All Risks Advance Replacement) add coverage for events like weather or lightning and accelerate replacement. RMA requests must be created through Cambium’s support system. Repairs or replacements do not normally reset the original warranty term; out-of-warranty units may still be repairable or replaceable for a fee.
