  • Are your products original and approved? Yes. All products are sourced directly through authorized channels, with proper import documentation, local approvals where required, and full manufacturer-backed warranty. We do not deal in grey or refurbished stock.

  • Do you provide warranty and after-sales support? Absolutely. Every eligible product is covered under standard manufacturer warranty. Our Dreams Care team assists with RMA, advance replacement (where applicable), firmware guidance, and technical troubleshooting throughout the life cycle.

  • Do you offer training on the products you distribute? Yes. We offer product enablement sessions, online webinars, and hands-on labs for partners and key customers. Training can cover design best practices, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
